DiningPig 'N' Whistle has a unique and celebrated menu unlike other traditional Brisbane pubs menus. We’re extremely proud of the quality of food our kitchens produce, spending substantial time ensuring our suppliers provide us with the most premium ingredients. To ensure this level of quality we even own our own herd of cows in the hills of Bilambil Heights NSW, providing us with some of our Black Angus beef.
We also bring in organic herbs, curry leaves, kaffir limes and galangal, grown at our own Pullenvale Farm in Brisbane’s Western suburbs. Other products come from boutique suppliers who have worked with us for many years to deliver the special quality that our menus demand.
As well as our dining offer, we take a lot of pride in leading the way in marrying skilfully made craft beers with the country’s leading fine beer drinkers - our customers! The Pig 'N' Whistle also enjoy presenting unpasteurized beers on hand pumped taps cold all the way from the brewery with no preservatives.
Finally, unlike many other Brisbane pubs, we take pride in learning about and developing our wine list.
We have spent many years collecting a great cellar for you to enjoy at reasonable prices. Good wine takes time so we buy wines by the pallet and age in our temperature controlled warehouse to let them fully develop.
